Questions we hear a lot
What does Dr.Menu mean?
Dr.Menu is the menu doctor. We fix what goes wrong with paper menus: crossed-out prices, reprinting every time a price changes, and lost orders. You get a digital menu, a dashboard and ordering, and we stay with you afterwards.
Can I try it before paying?
Of course. Register your restaurant and confirm your email to get 14 days free with every feature and up to 30 items. If you like it, we activate the plan you choose; if not, the menu stops and you pay nothing.
Can I choose how my menu looks?
Yes. There are 5 ready-made themes, 8 colour palettes, your own brand colour, and different shapes and layouts, and you see your menu in each before saving. For a fully custom design, we make one for you.
What do I need to get started?
A photo of your current menu and your logo, plus dish photos if you have them. We handle the rest.
Do guests need an app?
No. They scan the QR code with their camera and the menu opens in the browser.
Can I change prices myself?
Yes, from a simple dashboard that works on your phone. Guests see the change immediately.
If prices change, do I reprint the QR code?
Never. The code stays the same and always opens the latest menu.
How do orders reach me?
On your dashboard with a sound alert, and the kitchen ticket prints with one tap. Guests pay on receipt, and the cashier records cash, Sham Cash, Syriatel Cash, MTN Cash or card.
I only want a menu. Do I have to take the whole system?
No. You take the plan you need: Essential for the menu, Pro for ordering, Complete for the whole system. You can switch at any time without losing any of your data.
What devices does the system need?
Nothing expensive. Any phone, tablet or computer with a browser, and a thermal receipt printer if you want to print. The kitchen screen runs on any tablet or TV with a browser.
What if the internet goes down at the restaurant?
The cashier keeps selling and printing the receipt and kitchen ticket. Orders are kept and sent on their own as soon as the connection is back.
How do I pay for my plan?
We agree on a payment method that works for you inside Syria and activate your plan once we receive it.
What happens when my plan ends?
We email you a reminder a week before. If it ends, guests no longer see the menu, and your data stays safe until you renew.
