The service
Dr.Menu gives restaurants a digital menu, a dashboard, ordering and statistics, depending on the chosen plan.
Your account
The restaurant is responsible for keeping its account details correct and its password secret, and for everything done through its account.
Trial and subscription
- The free trial lasts 14 days after the email is confirmed, once per restaurant.
- Subscriptions are monthly or yearly and start once the payment reaches us. If not renewed, the menu stops showing to guests and the restaurant's data is kept.
- Payments made are not refunded unless agreed otherwise.
Restaurant content
The restaurant is responsible for its menu content — prices, photos, descriptions and allergens — and for preparing and delivering orders. Dr.Menu is not responsible for the accuracy of this information.
Orders
An order is between the guest and the restaurant, and is paid in cash to the restaurant. Dr.Menu only passes it on.
Acceptable use
The service may not be used for unlawful or misleading content, to try to break into it, or to flood it with fake orders. We may suspend any account that breaks these terms.
Availability
We work to keep the service running at all times, but it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
Changes
We may change these terms and will tell restaurants about any important change before it applies.
